Vic's Express Car Wash & Detail Center

They have been in town for a long time. It's a small business and the service is great. They have promotions. The $25 Bogo for two carwashes is excellent. You are also entitled to another car wash within two days after your initial one for some of the washes.

I think some of the criticism is a bit unfair. For the price, Vic's offers a great value, especially since they include both exterior and interior cleaning. Many other car washes charge around the same price just for an exterior wash, leaving you to clean the inside yourself. For comparison, King Car Wash in Westmont charges significantly more for its basic packages, and in my experience, the quality is comparable. One thing my family especially enjoys is the rabbit inside. My child always looks forward to seeing and feeding it, which makes the visit a little more special. Local businesses work hard to provide affordable services, and I think it's important to support them and the people who work there whenever we can. So if you want to honestly say this is a bad business then you better support your other local business car wash instead of a national chain!

Horrible experience and service! I am going at Vic s car wash for over 3 years now and since last year their services started to be awful but all the time I said ok I will give them second chance and it’s the only hand car wash close to my house. This is from yesterday. I paid $24 +$5 tips ( it was cold outside so I thought it might be nice to tip the guys) and when I got my car everything was white from the snow and salt. Obviously that’s why I went with the car to do the interior. He said that I have to pay extra if I want everything done and that We The customers all the time have higher expectations from a car wash for $20. Really?! Pictures speak for themselves. This is clearly the worst experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid $18.99 for interior and exterior cleaning, and after they “finished,” my car interior looked EXACTLY the same. Nothing was cleaned. When I asked the guy who worked on my car, he had the nerve to tell me I need “detailed cleaning,” which costs more. Then why did I pay for interior cleaning in the first place? This place is a complete scam. Don’t waste your money here. The owner seriously needs to watch what the workers are doing, because customers are not getting the service they’re paying for. I’m extremely disappointed and I will NEVER come back.

Came here expecting to get a better quality service as there are actual people finishing the job as opposed to just machines in a tunnel. We did not have a good experience. Paid for the $30 wash but did not get everything it comes in the package. The interior of my car was not touched even though it is part of the package we paid for. The door frames were not cleaned and the windows had traces of water and cleaning solution dried on them. Our car smelled like their dirty moldy towels that they probably hadn’t changed all day. They finished very fast which I was surprised by assuming the services we paid for would take more time than their basic package but they don’t pay much attention to details or if the job is well done. We left with the car but after seeing that they didn’t finish the job, we went back and to our surprise they were trying to convince us that we are not seeing good and that they did their job. The manager even yelled at us for asking them to redo what was left out from the package we paid for. After going back and forward for a few minutes, the manager said that if we pay another $5 they will clean the back of the car us as well. Stealing from their customers i
